Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a player account, accessing scoring lobby connections, or purchasing upgrade subscriptions within Discgolf Tracker (ParScore) services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Account Registration and Subscriptions

Accessing specific features, such as hosting active multiplayer round lobbies, requires upgrade purchasing. Under this agreement:

• Billing: Billing transactions are processed securely via Apple Payments (App Store In-App Purchases). You agree to provide valid billing information.
• Premium Subscriptions: Premium features are billed on a recurring subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings page.
• Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable, except as required under consumer law or at the sole discretion of Discgolf Tracker.

3. Fair and Acceptable Use

Multipayer lobbies are live-synced scoring sessions. You agree not to:

• Spam round creation or intentionally freeze scoring feeds.
• Input malicious codes, exploit system boundaries, or mock player data.
• Disrupt other card mates' game sessions.

4. Limitations and Liability

Discgolf Tracker is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranty that scorecard sync feeds will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Discgolf Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from app usage or connection dropouts during round scoring.
